Directions
Glue the ½” pom poms about an inch apart to the 1” pom pom for the bear’s ears. Position and glue the 2 moving eyes to the 1” pom poms. Glue the 5mm black pom pom below the eyes for the nose.
Trace and cut out the hat pieces form felt according to the patterns. Lay the white felt strip down. Cut the red felt into strips about ¾” long and 3/8” wide. Evenly space the red strips onto the white strip leaving about ¼” on one end. Overlap the ¼” edge and glue together, making a striped tube. Glue the white felt circle to one end of the tube to make the top of the hat. Trim felt if necessary. Position the open end of the tube in the center of the blue felt circle. Glue in place. Slightly pull the edges of the blue circle to make a wavy brim on the hat.
Glue the hat to the top of the bear’s head between the ears. Tie a small bow with the ¼” satin ribbon and glue below the bear’s chin. Glue the pin back behind the bear’s head.
