Use the pictured sample as a guide.

Take one of the 1 1/2” pom poms for the bear’s head. Take a 1” pop pom and glue to the front center of the pom pom for the muzzle. Glue the two eyes above the muzzle. Glue the 1/4” black pom pom on top of the muzzle for the nose. Glue a 1/2” pom pom on the top on both sides for the ears.

Place the bear’s head to the left side of the hanger on top of the fillable ball. Glue the head only to that one half of the ball. Make sure you do not get glue on the ball where the two sides meet. Take two 1/2” pom poms and place on the other half of the ball, in front of the head, one on each side for the paws. Glue to just that half of the ball. By gluing the head and paws on separate halves of the ball, this allows you to open up the ball to fill with treats.

Glue the other 1 1/2” pom pom to the back of the head for the body. Place a 1” pom pom on either side at the end for the back legs and glue in place. Glue the last 1/2” pom pom on top of the body for the tail.

Take a small piece from a Christmas pick and glue to the neck for a decoration. Make a sample bow with the ribbon and glue to the neck. Thread the rest of the ribbon through the holes; tie the ends together for the ornament hanger.

Open the ball up and fill with treats. Close ball up and hang.
