Use the paper trimmer to cut apart the months on the calendar. Take January to June and center each on a 3.25” x 3.25” cardstock. Tape in place. Flip over and repeat with July to December. Use the corner rounder on all four corners. Set aside.

Place the 4” x 12” cardstock on the MSC Score Board, lengthwise. Score at the following points:
1.25”, 6” and 10.75”. Crease at the lines. Fold into a tent, with the 1.25” ends overlapping at the bottom; these will be taped together later.

Choose which side will be the front of the calendar (especially if the cardstock is printed) Place the front cardstock onto the Envelope Notcher. Follow the directions to make two notches to hold the monthly cardstock squares. The notch should be approximately .625” (5/8”) from the top edge and .75” from the bottom edge. You may want to make one notch and then measure with the month cardstock in place.

The notches will hold the calendar months in place.

Once the notches are made, slip in January. Store the rest of the months inside the tent.
Use the 2.5” oval to punch out one light brown piece for the head. Use the 1” circle punch to make two circles from the medium brown cardstock. Place these behind the oval and tape in place for the ears. Use tape to glue on the two moving eyes. Draw in a nose with the black Sharpie. Tape to the notch flap at the top.
