Place the 3” x 12” Cardstock onto the MSC Score Board with the 12” edge along the top. Score at the following points: 1 1/2”, 5”, 7” and 10 1/2”. Crease at scored lines.

Round the corners of the first 1 1/2” section.

On the second section (going left to right) center the 2 7/8” x 3 1/4” printed piece and tape in place. This will be the front of the holder.

Write or stamp a sentiment message on the 1/2” x 3” light colored cardstock. Center and tape the layered piece to the bottom of the front section.

Fold up the cardstock into a “tent” with the first 1 1/2” section folding over the top. Punch through all thicknesses and make a hole in the center top with the 1/4” hole punch. Make the hole larger if you are using a candy cane.

Place the lollipop or candy cane inside of the tent and have the stick come up through the top holes. Tape the flap down on the back.

Add a flag to the stick of the lollipop of candy cane. On one 2” end of the 2” x 4” cardstock, cut into pointed tail. Center and tape down the flag décor pieces on the flag close to the pointed end. Roll the remaining straight end around the lollipop stick or candy cane. Tape end down to hold flag in place.

NOTE: You can make a smaller version by using a 2 1/2” x 11” cardstock and scoring at the following points:
