INSTRUCTIONS
Trace and cut pieces from felt according to the patterns.

Refer to the pictured sample for placement guidance.

Place the tan face onto one of the oval brown heads and glue. Place the eyes on the face and glue.

Take the four ear pieces and pair them up. Glue together to make the ears. Glue a tan inner piece onto each ear. Place an ear on either side of the face, halfway behind and glue in place.

Place the hair spike at the top of the head and glue behind. Take the 1/8” ribbon or cording and tie the ends together to from a loop. Glue the knotted end at the top by the hair, behind the head.

Take the four hand pieces, and pair them up. Glue together to make a set of hands. Place a hand on either side of the bottom of the monkey’s face and glue to the back of the head.

Take the chenille stem and curl one end. Glue the straight end behind the head and coming out below. Tie the ribbon onto the tail and into a bow.

Place the second brown oval piece behind the head, aligning the edges and glue together. Optional: Use the Gold glitter Scribbles fabric paint to write “2016” or “Year of the Monkey” or other personalization on the back of the head. Let dry.

Use as an ornament or tie to a gift for someone you know that is born in the Year of the Monkey.
